In your triathlon bag, you should have everything you need on race day. 

  • Tri suit
  • Goggles (ideally 2 pairs, if one breaks)
  • Wetsuit
  • Body glide
  • Towel that you can leave in your transition spot
  • Bike helmet
  • Cycling shoes
  • Sunglasses
  • Bike tool kit (tube, CO2, levers, multi-tool)
  • Floor pump
  • Running shoes
  • Race belt
  • Running cap
  • Nutrition
  • Water bottles
  • Socks
  • Sunscreen
  • Post-race clothes

A triathlon bag is a nice-to-have but it’s not mandatory.
