    FAQs

With the sailfish sizing charts and a few important information we help you to choose the right size.

Your size depends on the body weight and body height. If you are between two sizes, the body weight is the determining factor.

    Sizing chart

If your wetsuit is the right size, it will maintain your normal body temperature in cold water.

A neoprene thickness of 4.5mm in the chest area supports the torso and ensures optimal water position, while 3-4 mm of material on the thigh and 2-4 mm on the lower leg ensure a sleek silhouette without restricting your freedom of movement.

After rinsing, it is important that you let the wetsuit dry properly. Use a wide hanger and keep your wetsuit dry and out of direct sunlight in a hanging position. Ideally as you would fold and hang a pair of pants.

Turn your wetsuit inside out after the swim and make sure the arms and legs are fully turned inside out! Wash the wetsuit in a shower with sailfish Wetsuit Protect or clear water to rinse out all the lake, river or chlorinated water. After rinsing, it is important that you let the wetsuit dry properly.
